COMMON QUESTIONS

What counts as 1 PO credit?
1 credit = 1 purchase order processed. If you upload a PDF with 3 separate PO numbers, that uses 3 credits.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You get 10 free POs with just your email. We only ask for payment when you want more.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Currently we support text-based PDFs (which is what NTUC, Sheng Siong, and Cold Storage send electronically). Scanned/image PDFs are not supported yet.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from your billing page and you keep any remaining credits.
What is a "credit" and do they expire?
A credit lets you process one PO. Your monthly 200 credits roll over if unused. Top-up credits (50/200/500 packs) also roll over and never expire.
Is my PO data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We process in Singapore and never share your data with other customers.
What if the tool reads my PO incorrectly?
You can review and correct every extraction before downloading. If zero items are extracted, no credit is deducted.
Can my whole team use it?
Currently one account per email. Multi-user team accounts with shared credit pools are coming soon.
