Chop Chop PO is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that automates the processing of retailer purchase orders into formatted spreadsheet files. The service uses AI-powered text extraction to read PDF purchase orders and generate output files based on your configured mappings.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per email address. Do not share your account with others.
Free trial: New accounts receive 10 free PO credits. No credit card required.
Monthly subscription: $99/month includes 200 PO credits. Unused credits roll over month to month.
Credit top-ups: Available in packs of 50 ($15), 200 ($40), or 500 ($75). Top-up credits roll over indefinitely.
What counts as 1 credit: Processing one purchase order (identified by PO number). A single PDF containing multiple POs uses one credit per PO.
Refunds on failed processing: If the system extracts zero items from a PO (e.g., due to a scanned/image PDF), no credit is deducted.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing page. Upon cancellation:
IMPORTANT: Chop Chop PO uses AI to extract data from purchase orders. While we strive for high accuracy, AI extraction is not guaranteed to be 100% correct. You must review and verify all output before importing it into your ERP or accounting system.
We are not liable for any financial losses, data errors, or business disruptions caused by incorrect data in the generated output files. The "Test & Confirm" step in the onboarding wizard and the preview table in the processing flow are designed to help you verify output before use.

You retain ownership of all data you upload and all output files generated. We do not claim any rights to your purchase orders, product mappings, or output configurations.
The Chop Chop PO software, branding, and documentation are our intellectual property.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. The service depends on third-party providers (cloud hosting, AI APIs, payment processing) whose availability is outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Chop Chop PO's total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Chop Chop PO is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with NTUC FairPrice, Sheng Siong, Cold Storage, Giant, or any other retailer. Retailer names are used solely for descriptive purposes to indicate compatibility.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
